If you have already read the instructions for logging in to the Infor Discussion Boards, please proceed to login to the Customer Discussion Board.

If you have not read the instructions for logging in, please read them below:


  • STEP 1: A NEXUS ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED
    To access the Infor Discussion Boards, you will need to have a Nexus Account. If you have a Nexus account, please skip to step 2.
    If you do not have Nexus access, please go to this page: http://www.aperum.com/nexus/index.html and request an account.

  • STEP 2: A GUEST ACCOUNT IS PROVIDED UNTIL YOU REGISTER
    While accessing the Discussion Boards for the first time, you will have Guest access. You will be allowed to read discussions,
    but you will not be able to create or reply to a topic/thread, until you register for a new account. Your account information that you used for the old discussion boards is no longer applicable.

  • STEP 3: CUSTOMER AND SOLUTION PARTNER REGISTRATION ARE SEPERATE
    If you are a Customer, you will need to register and activate your account under the Customer Discussion Board. You will not have access to the Solution Partner Discussion Board. Your Nexus account determines which boards you are allowed to access.

  • STEP 4: HOW TO REGISTER
    While on any Discussion Board page, just click on the Register () button that appears at the top right of every page.

    A. On the registration screen, fill in the following info: (see screenshot to the right)

    Username: We recommend making this FirstnameLastname (no spaces) (Ex: JohnDoe)
    E-mail Address: This will need to be your primary e-mail address (for account verification).
    Password: What you want your password to be. You might want to make it the same as your Nexus password, to make it easy.

    B. Check the “I agree” checkbox, then click the “Register” button. The website will send you an Activation E-mail within a few minutes, usually 30 minutes at most.

    C. Before you can log in, you will need to activate your new account. This measure is to keep unauthorized users from creating a fraudulent account. You will only have to activate your account once.

    D. To make it easier, you may wish to close your Discussion Board browser window at this time.

    E. You just need to click on the link (located in the Account Activation e-mail) to activate your account. If the URL wraps, you'll just need to copy and paste the URL into your browser.

    F. Upon clicking on the link, you should be taken to a screen that says that your account has been successfully activated. Just click Okay to proceed.

    G. Now, just click the “login” link to login to the Discussion Board.

    H. Now, you just need to enter your user name and password, and click the “Login” button. We recommend keeping the "Time to Stay Logged in:" and "Use Cookies:" values alone, unless you are sharing a computer with another member of this site. If you ever forget your password, just click on the “Forgot Password” link.

    I. You are now logged in!
