TERMS OF USE/REGULATIONS

The following rules apply while using the Discussion Boards:

• The use of the Infor Discussion Boards for illegal purposes (or to solicit any illegal act) is strictly prohibited including, but without limitation, the regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any rules of any national or other securities exchange.
• Images that are pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically violent, or deemed inappropriate by Infor, are strictly prohibited.
• Language that is defamatory, libelous, hateful, pornographic, profane or obscene is strictly prohibited (including, but limited to, member names, screen names or handles).
• Harassment of another person online is strictly prohibited.
• Do not disrupt the flow of a discussion by repeatedly posting the same message or image or posting excessively large images.
• Impersonation of others is prohibited, including but not limited to, customers, affiliates and Infor employees.
• Infor may elect at its sole discretion to monitor all areas of the Customer Discussion Board for adherence to these regulations.
• Infor is not responsible for any user generated content. We reserve the right to remove any messages, postings or other user generated content that is in violation of our regulations.
• WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE ANY MEMBER THAT IS IN VIOLATION OF OUR REGULATIONS.
